Molesworth a winner but his team lose
The return match was at Raveley Drain and despite the overnight frost and heavy colour, there were some fish to be had.
Pete Molesworth (Deeping), led the field with 2lb 11¾oz of roach and perch, fishing pinkie over groundbait at four metres and nine metres.

Deeping also took third spot with Ray Torrington’s 2lb 4½oz, but their team weight wasn’t quite enough for them to retain the trophy.
