The former Fife Flyers and Edinburgh Capitals goalie joined the Phantoms ahead of the 2018/19 season and has been a regular fixture between the pipes ever since.

Phantom coach Slava Koulikov believes he has the best netminder in the National League.

Koulikov said: “I’m really happy to welcome ‘Marrsy’ back for the next two years. I’ve always said goaltending is a big part of the success of a team and with ‘Marrsy’ I think we have one of, if not the best goaltender in the league. I’m looking forward to getting back onto the ice with ‘Marrsy’ and the rest of my team to see what we can achieve next season.”
