​Thorpe Wood Rangers pulled off a remarkable win in a Northants Under 14 Cup semi-final with Northampton Santos.

​The city side made it 2-2 with the last kick of the game to force a penalty shootout which they went on to win 10-9!

Thorpe Wood goalkeeper Sam Hoyle saved a spot-kick to set up a final meeting with Kettering Youths. Owen Joyce and Cameron Rankin scored the Thorpe Wood goals in regulation time.

Orton Rangers are chasing a league and cup double at Junior Alliance under 14 level.

Kevin Florea, Arsi Voja and Nathanial Clifford scored the goals.

Unbeaten Wisbech Town Acorns sealed the Under 16 Division Three title with a 6-0 romp against Bourne with Thomas Cameron hitting a hat-trick.

Stamford’s Liam Knighton took his goals tally for the season to 57 in just 17 appearances with five in a 6-0 Under 15 Division Three win at Parkside.

​He has 27 more goals than the second highest scorer in the division, Alfie Chapman of Stilton.

Chapman scored twice in a 7-4 win at Hampton last weekend when he was overshadowed by four-goal Harvey Fitzgerald.

Deeping United picked up their first point of the season in the Cambs Girls Under 16 League.
