The Peterborough United team I’d pick for ‘Mission Impossible’ at Fulham. Would you recall Sammie Szmodics?

In terms of challenges in your first ever match in senior management, they don’t come much bigger than this for Matthew Etherington.
He will be hoping to get a tune out of the players though, in a similar way the club did against Fulham in the home meeting when they were undeservedly beaten.
Mark Beevers and Jack Taylor remain out injured but Harrison Burrows is available again.
I have stuck with the 4-3-3 formation but tweaked some of the personnel.

Hopefully not still carrying any ill effects from Tom Lawrence's shameful challenge at the weekend. His positivity is vital in this Posh side, even if he is not always the quickest at getting back. Photo: www.jmpuk.com
As a captain and senior pro, he gets the nod over Fuchs. Both show great commitment and willingness to tackle but their partnership must be broken up to give Posh any chance of creating a chance, let alone a goal. Photo: www.jmpuk.com
Very good at what he does, sits in the midfield, gets the ball and gives it. If he had some better players to give it to, things might be different. Photo: www.jmpuk.com
The team has been crying out for a link between midfield and attack. You can't play three midfielders who are most comfortable behind the halfway line and expect chances to be created. Grant needs to return from his exile and will be one of those perhaps not as upset at Darren Ferguson's decision to resign as others in the squad. Photo: Midlands
