POSH REACTION: Attackers on fire as Peterborough United win a remarkable game
Obviously with a final scoreline like that, the Posh attacking players received the highest marks from the Peterborough Teegraph.
Mark Tyler: One quite brilliant save helped Posh stay in front at half-time. Good display of handling, beaten by a slight deflection and two close-range headers 7

Hide AdMichael Smith: A steady rather than spectacular return to the stating line-up. Struggled defensively at times, but defence is better balanced with him in it 6
Harry Toffolo: The surprise selection plays so high up the pitch it’s difficult at times to describe him as a left-back. He has quality going forward though which team wanted to exploit 6
Jack Baldwin: Won a lot of headers, including one which gave Posh the lead. That was his first Posh goal and his first anywhere for over three years. Defended okay, until the final few minutes of normal time 6
Gaby Zakuani: Won many headers and made so many interceptions he was like a ball magnet. Don’t know what happened with him when the home side scored two late goals, but the defence is stronger when he is there 7

Hide AdChris Forrester: Classy effort. Passed the ball superbly, controlled the game from midfield, broke up many attacks. He will be some player for next season 9
Adil Nabi: Showed some lovely touches at times and assisted on two of the four Posh goals. A promising display 7
Leo da Silva Lopes: Fine effort from the teenager. Kept running up and down the pitch for 90 minutes and never looked out of place. Strong in the tackle and made some fine forward bursts 7
Marcus Maddison: He irritated the home crowd with some of his antics, but he would have delighted the visiting fans with his skills and quality on the ball. Great vision at times and some precise passing. Two more goal assists 8

Hide AdShaquile Coulthirst: Can be proud of his work-rate and application. Fabulous assist for the second goal and caused problems with the direct running all afternoon. Just needs to make better decisions in possession to become a certain starter 7
Lee Angol: He was quiet until he slammed home two goals in the second-half. The second was a terrific finish 7
