“In three years we want to do the impossible. We want to develop into a Championship club and then try and go one step further.
“The talent at our disposal is incredible. The football in the first 45 minutes at Gillingham last weekend was some of the best I’ve seen.
“We are trying to develop our own brand of football. We are putting down building blocks.

“We not so much a selling club as a forward-thinking club.
“The manager is a winner and I am a winner.”
MacAnthony also revealed, during an interview with the club’s media team, that Posh will enter a side in an under 21 league next season to help the development of the club’s younger players.”
Posh have dropped to eighth place in League One after back-to-back defeats against Gillingham and Burton. They travel to West Brom for an FA Cup tie on Saturday (January 30).
