Ethan Hamilton’s 42nd minute dismissal turned the game on its head. It was 1-1 with Posh well on top when he was despatched, but Hull then cruised to a 3-1 success after scoring twice in the first 15 minutes of the second half.
RATINGS KEY: 10-Brilliant, 9-Outstanding, 8-Very good, 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4-Very poor.
5.
MARK BEEVERS: Struggled physically against Wilks in the first-half and conceded the free kick which led to the Hull equaliser. Battled away after the break, but it was hard work 6
6.
REECE BROWN: A cool finish to give Posh an early lead and he and Hamilton were dominating midfield until the latter's red card. Ran hard in the second-half, but hard to get the ball forward with his side down to 10 men 8.
7.
ETHAN HAMILTON: Arguably cost Posh the game through ill discipline which was a shame as he was playing well again. His superb pass helped create the first goal and he was running all over the opposition. Two poor fouls meant he was rightly sent off just before the break 5.
8.
JOE WARD: Started well and looked likely to trouble the left side of the Hull defence, but he soon faded and was substituted in the second-half. Struck a post with a long distance free kick 6
