Fearsome firepower is taking Peterborough United to the Championship and it was evident again tonight (April 16) as Posh beat local rivals Northampton Town 3-1 at the Weston Homes Stadium to move level on points with League One leaders Hull City and a massive eight points clear of third-placed Sunderland.
Here are the PT player and manager ratings for the game.
Ratings key: 10-Brilliant, 9-Outstanding, 8-Very Good, 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4-Dreadful.
13.
ETHAN HAMILTON (for Brown, 88 mins) The final 20 minutes of the game would have suited his ability to win the ball.
14.
RICKY-JADE JONES (for Clarke-Harris, 88 mins): His speed and willingness to close down put defenders under pressure.
15.
DARREN FERGUSON: The team pretty much picked itself and the early substitution of Dembele when the game was still in the balance was a good decision. It wasn't the greatest performance, but the defensive organisation was solid 7.
