Posh ran out comfortable 3-0 winners thanks to an impressive display worlds apart from their recent disappointments.
Both the defence and attack starred as they put Blackpool to the sword to book their place in the EFL Trophy final.
RATINGS KEY: 10- Out of this world, 9- Outstanding, 8-Very Good, 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4-Stinker
9. JOEL RANDALL
His finishing continues to frustrate, simply had to score when put through one-on-one by Malik Mothersille but wasted the chance. Had one of the best opportunities of the second half as well when it's unclear whether he was trying to shoot or cross. Played very well though and continues to contribute so much, just not inside the box. 8. Photo: Joe Dent
10. KWAME POKU
Had the beating of Hayden Coulson all night and played a part in the first goal with the ball that Mason-Clark chested down for Mothersille. 7. Photo: Joe Dent
11. MALIK MOTHERSILLE
He's secured his place in the team for Cambridge. Did miss a one-one-one, which looked a great chance, but who hasn't missed multiple for Posh this season? Showed great speed to put the defence under pressure, great strength to hold the ball up when needed, held onto the ball brilliantly and should have an assist to his name had Randall not fluffed his lines and produced a great finish himself to start the scoring. 8.5. 12. HECTOR KYPRIANOU (for Fuchs 70 mins)
Helped Posh see the game out rather comfortable when he came on. His height and his passing were key assets in steadying the ship. 7. Photo: David Lowndes
