Peterborough United vs Reading: Live Blog as Posh looking to continue winning run on Boxing Day

There's a lot of posh ball now but not much penetration. Another spell of passing around the box leads to EMC winning a corner with a cross easily blocked.

Probably the best opening for Posh, Kioso picks out Randall from the right of the box but the ball is just too high for Randall and it's a man you'd probably least like it to fall to.

Burrows picks up and passes across to Collins on the edge but he fires a shot into the middle of the stand.

Reading corner, Azeez is causing problems on the left. Great defensive header from Kioso to take a chance away from Ehibhatiomhan after Azeez beat Randall and fired in a good ball.

Big penalty shout from Posh, Mukairu gets wrong side on Kioso on the left side on the box, Kioso goes down and there's big appeals from the players.

Nothing given and they break away with Knight out of position, Collins has to drop into CB for the counter and produces a brilliant tackle just inside the box to stop Mbengue getting in one-on-one.

Derby look quite solid, capable on the break and holding their shape well.

Knight fires a 30-yard effort at goal, well wide.

Not really a chance of note but Burrows fires in a corner that Button has to watch all the way and catch as it threatens to head towards his far corner.

Great break from Posh again, looks like Reading had worked a shooting chance when a cross from the left was sent in low in Azeez, he just backed off to work space but Burrows stepped in and then sprints clear.

He plays in Jones who dribbles down the left wing and sends in a low cross himself, not many blue shirts in the box though and it's cleared.

EMC again involved again as Posh build down the right, sends in a dangerous ball which Kyprianou heads towards goal but foul given for climbing on his defender, looked harsh.
