Peterborough United host Northampton Town in League One action at the Weston Homes Stadium (March 5, 7:45pm).

Fresh from their Cambridgeshire Derby win, Posh are now on the trail of more derby dominance, this time in the Nene Derby.

They look set to be without Ricky-Jade Jones as they look to avoid suffering a league double from their rivals.

LIVE BLOG: Posh vs Northampton

Some great stuff being played now, Burrows ends a flowing move with a ball across the face, Jones thrown himself at it but it's just out of his reach.

Josh Knight slams the ball into the roof the the net at the ball falls loose from the corner. Edwards had been a header blocked but it fell perfectly for the defender.

De Havilland for Kyprianou.

That'll be to protect him from getting a yellow and a 2 game ban.

Posh corner, EMC sees a cross blocked.

Joel Randall rewarded for having a go there, tries his luck from about 25 yards, ball deflects up off a defender as he makes a simple block. It goes all the way to Kyprianou in the box who beats Sheering in the air and heads home.

Northampton trying to have a go but Posh are defending well and winning the ball back early.

Jones is doing a great job of closing down high up the pitch.

Another dangerous ball from EMC comes into the box, just cleared put ahead of Jones but Randall picks up the loose ball, plays a brilliant curling ball into the box but Jones and EMC just can't get there despite throwing themselves at it, keeper may have got a slight touch.

New right back Sherring clearly not up to speed, beaten three times in a about a minute by Randall and EMC twice.

Some decent balls into the box but some good defending prevents any of the players in the middle getting to them.
