Peterborough United host newly-promoted Leyton Orient at the Weston Homes Stadium on Saturday (September 16, 3pm).

Posh will be looking to stop the rot of three consecutive League One defeats and should be boosted by the confidence of a comfortable win over Cambridge in the EFL Trophy during midweek.

Darren Ferguson has a decision to make about whether to keep with the back three from that night or revert to the back four system that Posh have used in all of their league matches so far.

LIVE: Posh vs Leyton Orient

Yellow for Kyprianou, lunge in on James.

It’s wingbacks now Sturge and Ajoboye.

Edwards, Knight and Kioso in the three.

EMC and Burrows off

Sturge and Wakeling on

Orient looking strong all of a sudden.

El Mizouni just allowed to dance past four Posh defenders and they’re lucky he misplaces his pass back to a teammante but Posh are giving the ball away at will.

Graham with the latest effort, cutting in from the left, after beating Ajiboye and earlier EMC presented the ball right to him.

Orient chance out of nowhere.

A half volley on the edge of the box for Galbraith. He volleys over but Posh were all at sea after Graham’s cross was headed back across goal by Sotiriou.

Aaron Drinan on for Pigott

Jordan Brown on for Pratley

It’s now just 11 Orient men behind the ball and can Posh break them down. Seem to have run out of ideas.

Posh have lost their direction in this now.

Randall gets onto an EMC flick-on and charges into the final third and precedes to play a shocking ball right into the arms of the keeper. There wasn’t even anyone to aim for into the box.

Knight has been one of Posh’s best attatking players with these runs. This time he lays it off to Kioso who tries a first time cross but it goes well over the bar, for a brief moment the keeper was worried.

Game just gone a bit flat now after a sustained spell of Posh pressure.
