HARRISON BURROWS: Appearances: 27 (14). Goals: 1. Average rating: 6.50 A decent breakthrough season for the teenager even though he started just eight League One matches. Burrows is an excellent crosser of the ball from the left and is at his best when keeping things simple. Trap, shift and cross led to a couple of key goals for teammates this season. His defensive work improved and it will need to again in the Championship. GRADE: B.

JOSEF BURSIK: Appearances: 6 (0). Goals: 0. Average rating: 7.00. The goalkeeper only played six times on loan from Stoke City, but he made quite the impression on his teammates and Posh fans, and not just because he made a brilliant penalty save at Charlton. Bursik exuded confidence when the ball was in the air or at his feet. Kicking ability is a vital ingredient for ‘keepers these days. Bursik looks a star of the future, but sadly not at Posh. GRADE: B+

DAN BUTLER: Appearances: 45 (2). Goals: 1. Average rating: 6.66 An unsung hero of the Posh promotion squad, one capable of combining quality attacking play with dogged defensive work. This solid performer was equally at home at left-back or left wing-back. His crossing could be inconsistent, but there were enough good ones in there to showcase his ability. His aggressive one-on-one defending was also strong at times. GRADE: B.

JONSON CLARKE-HARRIS: Appearances: 49 (2). Goals: 33. Average rating: 6.90. A sensational season for the summer signing, one that is not reflected in his average match mark. A club best goals return for 60 years, but his attitude, work ethic and big heart also contributed to his stellar performances. Nerveless and reliable in front of goal. A deserved player of the year. Missed just the last League One match. GRADE: A.
