Real tough watch. Salford just had a promising 3 on 2, they craft a really good chance for Bolton on the right of the box, he beats Watts easily before just curling the ball about 5 yards wide of the post.

Posh three at the back now. Butler and EMC wing backs.

On comes JCH for Jones.

The game needs something, so flat.

You can tell Marriott is desperate for a goal. Posh win the ball back in their own half. Marriott is played through in the centre of the pitch, he brings it forward before cutting out to the right and beating Galbraith. He shoots low across the keeper but he’s in the perfect position.

There is just no quality in the forward areas, Posh need to make a change.

EMC digs out a cross for Jones at the far post. Climbs up above Eastham but its a shocking header. All wrong and nowhere near when he was only a few yards out.

First attack of the half for Salford. Touray mugs Thompson, puts in a ball to Dackers. Butler intercepts but takes a heavy touch and Dackers would have got it back for a sure goal if he had not slipped.
