The opposition goals in a 2-0 Carabao Cup defeat at Bradford City were gift wrapped while scoring chances came and went with depressing regularity at the other end.
There was no shortage of effort, but only two or three players could be pleased with their performances.
RATINGS KEY: 10-Out of this World, 9-Outstanding, 8-Very Good, 7-Good, 6-Okay, 5-Poor, 4-Stinker.

9. VERNON MASARA
Spurned a one-on-one which was about the only time he threatened to make an impact on the game - 5. Photo: DAVID LOWNDES

10. OWURA EDWARDS
One of the most frustrating and enigmatic players I've ever seen. He is the one player to regularly get behind the opposition defence, but his end product is often woeful. Denied a goal early in the second half by a fine save - 6. Photo: David Lowndes

12. BOLU SHOFOWOKE (sub Masara, 57 mins)
No sign of a form revival. missed a late scoring opportunity. Photo: Joe Dent
