The player tested positive over the weekend and must now self isolate for 10 days.

The player would not have been involved in tonight’s EFL Trophy game at home to Burton Albion, but will definitely miss the League One opener at Accrington Stanley on Saturday.

The club have decided not to name the player who wasn’t displaying any symptoms.

The rest of the first-team squad have been re-tested today. Tonight’s match is unaffected.
