Peterborough United midfielder satisfied with the performance in the first pre-season game
Peterborough United midfielder Brandon Khela insisted there were positives to take from a Tuesday night friendly win against FC Magpies from Gibraltar in Spain.
Goals from Bolu Shofowoke and Chris Conn-Clarke secured a deserved 2-1 win for Posh in oppressive heat.

Posh made 11 substitutions at half-time with the score at 0-0 with Khela one of those coming on for the second half.
Khela told www.theposh.com: “It was good for everyone to get a run out. The first one game is out of the way and now it is about building on that. We got the
ball moving in the second half, scored a couple of goals and in truth, we could have scored some more.
"The first game is all about getting that rust out of your legs. Pre-season is about getting fit and then the match sharpness follows with the more games that you play.
"We have two games while we are in Spain and now we look forward to the game on Friday night. There are positives to take from this game and things to work on, but that was always going to be the case.”
