O’Hara has signed a two-year contract at Fir Park after helping Motherwell to a third-placed finish while on loan last season.

Posh director of football Barry Fry reported last week O’Hara had turned down a three-year contract at Motherwell, a revelation that prompted a second Scottish Premier League side, St Mirren, to match Motherwell’s £50k bid.

O’Hara scored four goals in his 29 Posh appearances following a transfer from Dundee in August, 2018. He hasn’t played for Posh since a 5-0 FA Cup hammering at Middlesbrough in January, 2019.
