Peterborough United travel to the Kassam Stadium to face Oxford United on Saturday (October 22, 3pm).

Posh come into the game with Grant McCann stating that he has as many as nine or ten injury doubts, which will be a real concern for Posh fans even given Oxford’s lowly position.

Karl Robinson’s men come into the match sitting in 19th and their boss has faced questions about his job this week, despite victory over Exeter in their last league match.

LIVE: Oxford vs Posh

Key Events

  • 3pm kick-off

Burrows slipped in Poku on the right, his shot is blocked twice.

The resulting corner is cleared and Posh play it all the way back to Bergstrom.

Posh need to change something here but they have a free-kick 35 yards out. JCH pushes in the back.

This is just frenetic now and Posh don’t seem in any real control despite the extra man. Still reliant on breakaways. Keeping the ball has been awful.

Terrible free-kick. Played short to Taylor, he takes an enormous touch and loses it. Posh bring it straight back and JCH is tripped. Moore is furious and gets a yellow card for dissent, so clearly he wasn;t booked earlier.

It also appears that Edwards got a yellow card for Posh not Jack Taylor. What a mess- Moore and Taylor had each other by the throats essentially but it appears neither was booked.

Posh free-kick on the right. Great run Thompson the length of the pitch. Cynically dragged back to Browne. Yellow card.

Yellow for Robinson. He’s lucky. He’s been in the lineman’s face, he’s been at the fourth official, having to be dragged away multiple times. Matt Taylor also had to be dragged off the linesman. He’s thrown a bottle aswell. He’s fuming.

Jack Taylor and Moore booked but Matt Taylor is sent off. It was such a melee, not sure what he did but its 11 vs 10 now.

Big fight here. Moore has caught Edwards in the face with an arm on halfway, all the players go flying in. More and Taylor are the main ones pushing and squaring up to each other.

Oxford dominating now. posh not keeping the ball or winning anything in the air.

Just as we say balls are coming in too easily. One comes in again from the left. Post lose the first header to Browne, lose the second to Bodin, who must be the smallest man on the pitch and it’s 2-1
