Peterborough United fanzone funday was a roaring success as 2026-27 shirts fly off the shelves

Peterborough United’s decision to launch their 2026-27 away shirt at a family fanzone fun day proved to be a roaring success.

Hundreds of Posh fans turned up at the event on Saturday afternoon to see first-team players model the new all-back strip.

Posh chairman Darragh MacAnthony, director of football Barry Fry and first-team management staff were also present as fans also enjoyed activities designed for children and adults.

MacAnthony reported Posh had sold over 400 shirts in two hours of trading this afternoon. Home and away kits were on sale and purchasers were automatically entered into a raffle with attractive prizes.

MacAnthony posted on social media site X: “What a great day. I enjoyed it immensely with my family there as well. Just got the numbers and we did over 400 shirts in a couple hours. Phenomenal effort by the fans and our team in the shop.”

The home and away kits are on sale now from wwwtheposhonlinestore.com and from the cub shop at the stadium. A third strip is expected to be launched soon.

Adult shirts are £55, shorts are £27 and socks £12, so £94 for a full replica kit. Junior prices are £42, £23 & £12 so £77 for the full kit. A full mini kit is £42. The 2025-26 adult home shirt was priced at £52.
