Other Posh players to impress the fans were summer signings Ryan Broom and Ethan Hamilton, Mo Eisa, Siriki Dembele, Ricky-Jade Jones, Frankie Kent and goalkeeper Christy Pym.

Really like the look of Hamilton, very positive midfield player who isn’t afraid to get involved.

Best player in the first game was Broom by far, I dont think he gave the ball away!! Second game has to be Flynn Clarke, lively.

@IsaacHeppell2

Flynn Clarke is a young player with a bright future.

Ryan Broom looked beautiful busy and is obviously a talent. Jonson Clarke-Harris didn’t look in shape, but didn’t really get any service while Sirki Dembele looked tricky. Frankie Kent good, but looks slow at the moment. Christy Pym was man-of-the-match.

@JohnFernandez1

Broom man-of-the-match in the first game, Ricky-Jade Jones in the second game.

@buckrodgersposh

First match impressed with Broom and second match Reed.

@Poshskin1965

First match man of the match Kent, second game Reed.

@Wjonesriley1

Eisa’s finish was classy and he linked up well with others.

@ChrisPufc

In the first game, we looked really good defensively regardless of the score. However, not as fluent going forward. We lacked something - the killer pass maybe? But it was a good test against a strong side. Man of the match Jack Taylor who won possession well and broke up play.

Watched both games. Lack of creativity in both games. Broom looked OK, Edwards promising, but a bit casual at times. Minutes in the tank for all. Roll on next Saturday.
