MK Dons boss baffled by the final scoreline against clinical Peterborough United

Two goals from Sammie Szmodics and another from Jonson Clarke-Harris secured the points for Posh as MK failed to make a reported 65% count.
Martin, a former Posh promotion winner as a player, saw his pre-match plans disrupted by the absence of experienced defender Rchard Keogh who is in transfer talks with a Championship club.

Hide AdMartin did accept the Posh finishing was clinical. He told the MK Citizen: ‘It’s a strange one, I don’t think it was a 3-0 game, We limited them, but when we did give them something they punished us.
“I’m disappointed with the way we started the game, disappointed with the goals, but I think we had an outstanding performance from Ben Gladwin and some other good performances. It’s nowhere near the most disappointing performance but it is the most disappointing scoreline.
“There was a lot which disrupted us, with no Richard Keogh, Andrew Surman came off early, Warren O’Hora wasn’t quite fit enough either.”
