Peterborough United host Nottingham Forest in a must-win Championship tie this afternoon (April 23, 3pm).

Anything that isn’t a Posh win will see them relegated to League One for next season, even if they draw and Reading lose, it will not be official but it will be as good as given Posh’s poor goal difference.

It may still happen anyway if Reading win but Posh must do all they can first and hope for the best.

Posh are showing urgency this half, is not quality on the ball.

Good one, Kent arrives but can’t quite make contact.

Corner Posh, Knight’s cross deflected behind.

Marriott for Jones at half time.

45 mins 1-0 Forest

Knight gives the ball away in the middle of the pitch. Has a chance to win it back put pulls out of the tackle. POsh then left short on the right and Johnson has all the time he watnts to pick out Surridge, he heads back across the goal and in.

The lack of intensity in this game from Forest is surprising. Seeing all of the ball now but not doing much with it. The ball has been with Samba a lot.

Hull go 1-0 up
