Oh hello. Athletics coach/Posh season ticket holder now speaking. Randy says PCC mentioned Embankment as a site first. Randy says athletics/swimming pool big part of their plans for centre.

FYI Darragh I believe it was Peterborough Athletic chairman who wrote that article in the PT that has caused some angst. Darragh says they are not using the PT to reveal their intentions. He is now, sort of.

This coach wants harmony between clubs. He wants the stadium to happen. Randy says dialogue happened with athletics.

Darragh says too many potshots from people who won’t put any money up.

Randy says stadium near university makes perfect sense. He’s open to talk to any group at any time and he would be all ears if anyone had a better idea re regeneration of the city.

Feedback to the City council he means. Darragh cites Hull and Swansea paying low rates at ground as it brings so much money into the city. He’s said that a few times before. He knows the benefit of Posh being here is better than benefit of Posh not being there. This football club makes the city millions. Sounds like a bit of a stalemate. My colleague Ben Jones will update the stadium story online later.

New ground question. Darragh says co-owners pushed for ownership of current ground, so credit to them.

Randy says it’s a difficult process. City Council current seeking public feedback, but Posh have done all the right things and oushed their way into Embankment masterplan. City keen for Posh to pay for the next step but we won’t put the next million up for permits, planning etc. Wants Posh fans to give their feedback.

Darragh asked about Andy Butler set-piece coach. Says we are improving on defending corners apart from QPR, Lots of analysis and data etc. He says Andy will be a good addition to the staff. Football staff are a credit to their profession

My word he’s had a go at me already.

Called me a lightweight. I’ve been on the go since 6.30am, longer than him!

Darragh says his patience is thin. Been interviewing since 9am, CEOs presumably.

That Dome is over budget by £300k

Phil Adlam is on the mic. He did work experience at the PT a long time ago.

First question from Phil re the proposed Academy dome.

Turf laid today, dome should be up in a month then an FA audit then Academy 2 status should be granted

It’s 7pm and here they come to a generous round of applause

Tough to tell how many fans are present. Probably 100 or so.

Sam Edwards not available to host so it could be Phil Adlam on the mic
