Here’s how an unforgettable season unfolded at the Weston Homes Stadium from the first whistle to the last...

MAY: WOW just WOW: Posh needed a point in their penultimate game against Lincoln City, the only team who could stop them going up, at the Weston Homes Stadium, but were 3-0 down after 53 minutes. Incredibly three goals in the final 25 minutes, including a 96th minute penalty from Jonson Clarke-Harris (pictured celebrating), provoked unforgettable scenes inside and outside the stadium. The Posh were going up, and they had a game to spare. 2nd: P45 W25 D9 L11 Pts84.
