Former Peterborough United centre-back Ryan Tafazolli is closing in on his dream move to the Championship.

Tafazolli (27) has been strongly linked to reunion with his former Posh boss Grant McCann at Hull City.

Tafazolli is a free agent having left Posh at the end of last season.

Elsewhere former Posh boss Steve Evans, now at Gillingham, played down links with the Doncaster manager’s job left vacant by McCann.
