Peterborough Sports match POSTPONED as defender leaves for Spalding United
The scheduled National League North match between Peterborough Sports and Marine at PIMS Park on Saturday has been postponed because of heavy overnight frost.
The pitch was inspected at 8am today.
Sports have allowed experienced centre-back Ryan Fryatt to join Southern Premier Division Central leaders Spalding United on a month’s loan. Fryatt will join up with his former manager at Sports, Jimmy Dean.
Sports are next in action at high-flying Merthyr on Saturday, January 17.
Sports are currently one place outside the relegation zone. Many National League North games scheduled for today have already been postponed.
