Oundle's Ingram the top scorer in the Northants League after a double ton, Zeeshan of Ketton Sports passes 1,000 Leicestershire League runs

Matthew Ingram is the leading run scorer in the entire Northants League on after an innings of 202 for Oundle seconds against Horton House seconds took him to 1,256 Division Three runs. He's now scored seven tons.

Ketton Sports’ batsmen were in spectacular form at the weekend. Zeeshan Manzoor went past 1,000 runs for the Leicestershire Division Four East season during an innings of 142 not out out against Coultesthorpe at Pit Lane on Sunday. Pete Rowe (124) and Ashley Rodgers (54) also scored well in Ketton’s 325-3.

Spalding sealed the Premier Division title with an eight-wicket win at Long Sutton. Jonathan Miles (5-27 & 54 not out) was the star of the show for a team who have won 17 of 19 completed matches.
