A woman found seriously injured in a Peterborough street two weeks ago remains in a critical condition, police have said.

The woman aged in her 20s, and from Ravensthorpe, Peterborough, was found in Lincoln Road, near the junctions with Thistlemoor Road and Brassey Close, at about 11pm on Wednesday, 11 October.

Police launched an appeal for information on how she suffered her injuries last week, with officers saying they were ‘keeping an open mind’ about the cause.

Today a spokesperson for the force said: “The woman remains in hospital in a critical, but stable condition. It is believed she sustained her injuries from a single-vehicle collision while on a E-scooter. No other vehicles or persons were involved.”
