Warning after youths throw stones at train in Peterborough for second time in a week
British Transport Police were called yesterday, Thursday January 28 after the driver of an East Midlands Train reported his window had been broken by youths throwing stones.
A spokesman for British Transport Police (BTP) said: “We were called to a crossing on Foxcovert Road, Peterborough, at 3.55pm on Thursday, 28 January, after the driver of a train reported his window had been damaged by youths throwing stones.

Hide Ad“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40, or text 61016, quoting reference 373 of 28/1/16.
“Information can also be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
