Road near primary school in Spalding area collapses

Boston Road South, Holbeach, between the junction of Cecil Pywell Avenue and Holbeach Primary Academy has been closed by Anglian Water.

Lincolnshire Police said: "This closure is necessary as the road has collapsed at the location. The road is not passable to any traffic, but one footpath remains open for pedestrian traffic.

"Highways are in the process of arranging suitable diversions, but should you choose to use the unsigned local diversions please drive with consideration for residents."
