Long delays on A47 at Peterborough following incident
Motorists are being urged to avoid the A47 at Wansford while emergency services are at the scene of an incident which has blocked part of the carriageway.
BCH Road Policing said; “There are long delays on the A47 near to the A1 junction towards Peterborough. A trailer has became detached from the lorry where the bolts have sheered off. Recovery is on scene.”
There are currently queues of around two miles.
