Spalding pensioner killed in car crash
A pensioner from Spalding has been killed in a car crash in Lincolnshire.
The woman, aged in her 80s, was a passenger in a Citroen Xsara that was involved in the collision on the A17 with the junction of Villa Lane at Swineshead, Lincolnshire at about 12.15pm on Wednesday 29 August.
The silver Citroen was involved in the collision with a white Mercedes Benz van. Both vehicles were travelling in the same direction, northbound, towards Swineshead Bridge.
Lincolnshire police said three other people were injured in the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses, and anyone with information should call Lincolnshire police on 101.
