Peterborough parkway re-opens following police incident
The Frank Perkins Parkway has re-opened following a police incident this morning (Thursday).

The road was closed in both directions near Oxney Road by emergency services just before 9am, following reports of concern for a man.
A police spokesman said the man had now been detained, and the road was clear.
