PETERBOROUGH CITY COUNCIL ELECTIONS: Labour squeak home in Fletton and Woodston

Only 12 votes stopped the Conservatives from winning Fletton and Woodston from Labour.

In the end Alan Dowson just held off the challenge of former cabinet member Nigel North who was seeking a return to the council.

Result:

Alan DOWSON (Labour and Co-operative) - 876

Nigel NORTH (Conservative) - 864

David STEVENSON (Green) - 268

Turnout: 27.6%
