Temporary barriers reinstalled at Peterborough car park to prevent loud car meets during lockdown
Barriers were first put in place on the site in August after residents had been complaining for months about the noise, caused by loud engines and exhausts, they had to endure late at night.
One resident told the Peterborough Telegraph at the time that the noise was like machine gun fire and that one night it got so bad that their windows started to shake.
