Peterborough park's paddling pool to be closed until weekend
The paddling pool in Peterborough's Central Park will be closed until the weekend after a mechanical problem.
A spokesman for Amey, who manage the paddling pool on behalf of Peterborough City Council said; “Unfortunately, we had to close the Central Park paddling pool on Monday 1 August due to an issue with the main filtration system.
“We have ordered the necessary parts and engineers will begin work on Thursday 4 August for the pool to be opened in time for the weekend.”
