Posh have split the challenge into three tiers- with the roughly 15 or 16 taking part in either running 10k or cycling 25k, running 5k or cycling 15k or running 3k or cycling 10k each day.

It is estimated that one in eight men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.

McCann said: “We’re raising money for prostate cancer support. It shows our togetherness and we will push each other each day to raise much-needed funds to help fight this cancer which we know is very prominent in men.

“Every little bit that we can do to give back is great. I’m pleased all the staff and even the owner Darragh is doing it aswell. If anyone can spare a couple of quid to donate, then it would be very much appreciated.

“It’s going to be hard. I remember vividly from last year waking up, driving to Hull and running over the Humber Bridge at half six in the morning. It’s a gruelling test but it’s an unbelievable feeling at the end. It’s almost three and a half marathons in a month but it’s great we can raise money for this great charity.”
