Peterborough taxi firm offer life discount to NHS workers

The taxi firm, based in Fengate, have already placed logos in support of the NHS on the side of several of their cars and delivered personalised thank you cakes to key workers in the city.

They have now pledged the discount for as long as they are trading.

All NHS staff have to do claim their discount for journeys to and from work is show their ID or provide it when booking in advance.

A representative of the company said: “We are doing this as a thank you to the NHS. We appreciate everything they have done during the pandemic and will continue to do.

“We started off a couple of months ago with a 10% discount and staff told us they were very grateful but we decided to go even further and we will continue this offer for as long as the company is active.”
