We saw the appeal for funds so members decided not only to make donations, but to use some money raised from a quiz night and Rotary swim held in February.”
As the club was unable to hold its Easter Bunny fun run at Ferry Meadows, it donated all Easter Eegs purchased to the food bank. Still, the club is fundraising through other ways now, including a ‘guess the member from their youth’ competition.
