The aim will be to relocate staff who have been working in the UK for its American markets.

Director Lukas Vanterpool, who founded the business with Gareth Whyatt in 2013, said: “We already operate in parts of Europe, including Germany and Holland, and are looking to expand into America. This is an exciting opportunity to work with overseas clients and means successful candidates will have the chance to work on a different time zone which may offer great flexibility, work/life balance and be more appealing than 9 to 5.”

The Sterling Choice has continued to grow throughout the pandemic and has just taken on four new members of staff.

Mr Vanterpool added: “What we all have in common – apart from the drive and determination to succeed as individuals and as a team – is that we are ‘people’ people.

“Our background careers include hospitality, customers services, leisure and sales.

“We are looking for dynamic team players who will also embrace and celebrate each other’s successes.”

The Sterling Choice focuses on recruiting in the food manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and engineering sectors,

The firm has introduced a profit share for staff which means all employees will benefit from 30 per cent of all post-tax profits being shared equally among each member of the business.
