The Sterling Choice, based in Tesla Court, Innovation Way, Lynch Wood, has introduced a 30 per cent profit share scheme for its 15 staff.

It means all its employees will benefit from 30 per cent of all post-tax profits being shared equally among each member of the business.

Profits last year came in at between £300,000 and £500,000.

Director Lukas Vanterpool, who founded the business with Gareth Whyatt in 2013, said: “Despite the odds faced in 2020, this business has gone from strength to strength and we want to go the extra mile to thank our staff.

“When we decided to start the business, we always wanted to reward our people beyond the standard offering.

“The profit share is the final straw when it comes to what benefits we can offer.

“Our business is all about accountability, we want the team to hold themselves and their peers to account.

“One of our values is ‘Shared Success’, the profit share drives a culture where the team are working towards the success of their peers as much as their own.”

The new offer will sit alongside a competitive list of company benefits that includes up 50 per cent commission, car allowance and further incentives for high achievers.

The agency focuses on recruiting in the food manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and engineering sectors and has continued to grow throughout the Covid pandemic and has just recruited four new staff.
