Mr Williams said: “The cubs have been instrumental in their campaigning to save Tenter Hill, our local green area. So I thought I’d show my appreciation of what they do. Our customers really embrace our collections because they know our donations go to groups in our local community. Hopefully it’s making Fletton, Stanground and Woodston a better place to live.” Dave, who used to be a ‘seconder’ in the scouts was awarded his Sixer badge as appreciation from Carolyn Lumley from the group.
