New era for Bourne luxury hamper firm after sale
Hay Hampers, based in Roman Bank, has been bought for an undisclosed amount to the Moguntia Food Group.
The sale comes after Hay Hampers, which was founded in the 1980s, had enjoyed its best financial year with 100,000 hampers sold and despatched all over the world.

Hide AdIts owners Gabriele Da Re and Elisabeth Och will stay to help during transition after which they will seek other opportunities.
Hay Hampers creates gift hampers filled with premium gourmet food and wine products from artisan producers in the UK and Europe.
Managing director Gabriele Da Re said: “We are delighted to announce this deal which we believe creates the next phase in Hay Hampers’ positive trajectory as it will open new business opportunities and markets.”
