HMRC files winding-up petition against Peterborough cleaning company
The petition was filed by HMRC, which says it is a creditor
A Peterborough cleaning company has been issued with a winding-up petition by HM Revenue and Customs.
A corporate insolvency notice for Scenic Cleaning Service Ltd was published on Thursday, September 10, following a petition hearing the previous day.
The petition was filed by HMRC, which says it is a creditor.

The hearing will be heard at The Companies Court at The Rolls Building in London on September 23.
A HMRC winding up petition is the first step in the process of getting a court order to put a company into liquidation because it cannot pay its tax liabilities.
Anyone intending to appear on the hearing of the petition, whether to support or oppose it, must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioners or to their solicitor by on September 22.
Scenic Cleaning Service LTD, which has its registered address at Blenheim Court, Peterborough, was incorporated on May 18, 2018.
