Four properties in Peterborough’s Rivergate Arcade approved

Planning permission has been granted for four new properties at Rivergate Arcade.

Two separate applications for the shopping centre near Asda have been approved by Peterborough City Council.

Both are for two first floor units, with one set above 15 Rivergate Arcade and the second above number 16.

The applications were under permitted development rights which do not require a full planning application to be submitted, with the current spaces converted from retail use.

Both applications were submitted by The Bank of New York Mellon (International) Limited.
