It was also announced today that the local elections have been pushed back 12 months which could have huge ramifications both in terms of the leadership at Peterborough City Council and the balance of power at the Town Hall.

In other news, the Investors in the Environment (iiE) awards at the Great Northern Hotel in Peterborough, which celebrate the achievements of green businesses, will now be held several months later than originally planned.
