Confirmed COVID-19 cases in Peterborough rises by 13 in one day

Public Health England have said there are more than 60 confirmed cased of COVID-19 in Peterborough.

In the latest government figures, released this afternoon, Public Health England said there were 61 confirmed cases in the city, a rise of 13 from yesterday.

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust said 13 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 had died at Peterborough City Hospital since March 24. Another eight have died at Hinchingbrooke Hospital.

The figure for confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Cambridgeshire now stands at 222, up 10 from 212 yesterday. In Lincolnshire there are 275 confirmed cases, while in Northamptonshire there are 428 cases.
