Concern for missing RAF Wittering aircraftman

SAC David Kenwright was last seen outside the Golden Fleece in Sheep Market, Stamford, at about 10.30pm on Saturday, according to the Stamford Mercury.

A spokesman for RAF Wittering said: “The police and RAF Wittering are working with SAC Kenwright’s family to ascertain his whereabouts.

“Anyone who has recently seen SAC Kenwright is requested to contact police on 101 immediately.”

The Peterborough Telegraph has contacted Lincolnshire Police for further information.

The force has yet to respond but has tweeted that Water Street in Stamford is currently closed, adding: “We are assisting Cambridgeshire Police in the search for a missing person. Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.”
