Children at Peterborough tots group surprised by Mickey and Minnie

They were celebrating the first anniversary of their role play village ‘Happy Street’ - built after they were awarded a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund. The village consists of Little Tikes houses, mud kitchen and a summer house which hosts a role play post office and shop.

The children were overjoyed to see their favourite Disney characters and play games with them.

The group is held every Wednesday, from 09.30-11.30, at the community cedntre in Candy Street and is suitable for babies up to pre-school age. Its £1 per adult, which includes refreshments and toast.
